Installation

Configuration

This module can be configured via "System Configuration" in the administrative interface. The following configuration options are available:

About the Dynamic Field

After installing the module, the dynamic field "StaticTimeAccounted" will be created. To view or change its values, go to "> System Configuration Administration > Dynamic Fields" and click their respective name.

Its default values contain 5 to 60 minutes.

Go to "> Setup Administration" and search for: "Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketNote###DynamicField".

After loading the page, type the name of the dynamic field, choose the option "1 - Enabled" and save the setting. img2
